Massive swing set build on the way!

Swing set built and stained! x4 slides (one in the rear), fireman's pole, x3 swings, tire swing, glider swing, monkey bar swing and working fire hydrant. Top playhouse deleted and a sunsail with toy kitchen and workbench added to the top (screwed down to prevent movement). Play house on ground level has outlets, lights and shelving. 4' wide door and enough interior space to park x3 powerwheels and has shelving for toys. Sandbox under stairs and yellow slides dug out 1' and holds 2 tons of sand!

Insulation and fire code drywall added to this unfinished garage. Recessed lights were also added to nicely light everything up. Base coat of tape and compound across all seems and screw holes. The garage will now be warm (or cool depending on the the weather) and well lit year round.

Customer started the demo of what used to be the soaking tub. We then turned that area into a spacious shower.

Larger well pressure tank installed to allow this house to have water pressure comparable to public water.

Pressure treated decking rotted and removed. New pressure treated decking and railings installed to meet HOA requirements.

Wood facia and sheathing rotted. All fascia was removed as well as rotted sheathing. Sheathing replaced and PVC fascia and moulings installed for a never to rot again finish. Painting done by customer.
